Description:
CHC408
is a graphitic
type coating with Nickel/Ferro core welding rod and it is machinable one.
The rod is suitable for repairing or surfacing cracked and wom parts made of
gray iron or nodular iron, as well as joining cast iron with dissimilar
metals. Lower current is recommended to obtain better welding operation.
Before welding the rod should be baked 1 hour at a temperature around 150℃
the electrode should be baked 1 hour at a temperature around 150℃.
