CHE47
Electrode for Welding Mild Steel |
GB E4351 |
| |
Description:
CHE47 is a super quality electrode covered with low hydrogen type coating,
providing excellent plasticity, impact toughness and crack resistance. It shows
perfect performances. The weld metal is formed in good shape. All position
welding can be carried out when this electrodes is reversely connected by
employing short arc DC power sources. All oil, rust, moisture and other impurities
should be cleaned away from he work pieces prior to welding and the electrode
should be baked at the temperature of 350oC for 1 -2 hours before use.
|
Applications:
Suitable for welding of various main ship structures
with normal strength as well as other important structures for vehicles,
buildings, bridges. |
