Description:
CHF101/CHW-S12
flux/wire combination
has good performance in welding. The weld metal shows a fine appearance and
the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature toughness and high
crack resistance. Both AC and DC can be applied, when DC, the wire should be
contacted straight polarity. It is suitable to weld 450MPa-500MPa tensile
strength structures, such as boilers, ships, bridges, pressure vessels, as
well as LPG cylinders. Before welding, the base metal must clear away
impurities and the flux must be baked in a temperature of 300℃-350℃ for 1-2
hours.
