Description:
CHF101/CHW-S2
flux/wire combination
has good performance in welding. The weld metal shows a fine appearance and
the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature toughness and high
crack resistance. Both AC and DC can be applied, when DC, the wire should be
contacted straight polarity. It is suitable to weld structures made by
450MPa-500MPa tensile strength steels, such as boilers, ships, bridges,
pressure vessels, as well as LPG cylinders. Before welding, the base metal
must clear impurities away and the flux must be baked in a temperature of
300℃-350℃ for 1-2 hours.
