Description:
CHF101GX/CHW-S9
flux/wire combination
has excellence welding performance. The weld metal shows a fine appearance
and the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature toughness and
high crack resistance. Both AC and DC can be applied, when DC, the wire
should be contacted straight polarity. It is used to weld 550MPa-700MPa
tensile strength steel structures, especially for spiral or longitudinal
welded huge diameter pipe made by X65 & X70 steels. It could be four wires
welding at same time and the welding speed is 1.70m-2.00m per minute. Before
welding, the base metal must clear away impurities and the flux must be
baked in a temperature of 300℃-350℃ for 1-2 hours.
