Description:
CHF101/CHW-S3
flux/wire
combination has very nice performance in welding. The weld metal shows a
fine appearance and the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature
toughness and high crack resistance. Both AC and DC can be applied, when DC,
the wire should be contacted straight polarity. It is applied to weld
500MPa-550MPa grade high strength steel structures, such as ship hulls,
bridges, pressure vessels, as well as H-beam structures. Before welding, the
base metal must clear away impurities and the flux must be baked in
temperature of 350℃
for 2 hours.
