Description:
CHF101GX/CHW-SG
flux/wire
combination has excellence welding performance. The weld metal shows a fine
appearance and the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature
toughness and high crack resistance. Both AC and DC can be applied, when DC,
the wire should be contacted straight polarity. It is used to weld 500MPa
important high strength steel structures, especially for Spiral or
longitudinal welded huge diameter pipe made by X65 & X70 steels. It could be
four wires welding and the welding speed is 1.70m-2.00m per minute. Before
welding, the base metal must clear away impurities and the flux must be
baked in a temperature of 350℃
for 2 hours.
