Description:
CHF103/CHW-S2
flux/wire
combination has good performance in welding. The weld metal shows a fine
appearance and the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature
toughness and high crack resistance. Both AC and DC can be applied, when DC,
the wire should be contacted straight polarity. It is suitable to weld
450MPa-500MPa grade structures, such as boilers, bridges, pressure vessels,
as well as LPG cylinders. Before welding, the base metal must clear away
impurities and the flux must be baked in a temperature of 300℃-350℃
for 1.5-2 hours.
