Description:
CHH408
is potassium low hydrogen iron powder type, low alloy welding rods. With a trait of resistance of high temperature and oxidation, it is suitable for fabricating equipments of chemical and petroleum industries as well as high temperature, high press pipes, which made by Cr2.5Mo low alloy steel that working temperature lower than 550℃, e.g. Catalytic cracker. All position welding is obtained and short arc is recommended. It is should be backed at a temperature of 350℃-380℃ for 1 hour before welding. The welded piece should be preheated to 300℃ before welding and it is must be tempered at 660℃-690℃ for 1 hour after welding.
