Description:
CHS022
is a lime-titanium type welding rod for extra-low carbon stainless steels. The weld metal shows very good resistance of heat, corrosion and cracking due to the carbon content in it is 0.04%. It is mainly used in equipments of synthetic funicle, fertilizer, petroleum & chemical industry etc. as well as dissimilar steel welding. Before welding, the weld metal must be clear away impurities, such as oil, rust, moisture etc., and the rod should be baked at the temperature from 300 to 350 for 1 hour. In welding, should use small current and short arc, and swaying broad less than 2.5 times of diameter of the core rod is better.
