Description:
CHT91K2
is a titanium type flux
cored wire suitable for all position welding by CO2 gas shielding. It shows
excellent welding performance and it is used in structures fabricated by
600Mpa grade high tensile steels, such as ships, pressure vessels,
machineries, petroleum & chemical industries, bridges, etc.

Remark
1) The pure of CO2 gas should be higher than 99.98%.
2) The flow of CO2 gas should be 20L-25L/minutes when welding.
3) The wire extension should be 1.5mm-2.5mm when welding.
4) Preheating is required if the thickness of welded piece is more than
20mm. |
